HB 3, passed only a few months ago, requires armed security on every school campus. Districts are scrambling to find help before the new school year begins. DALLAS — Texas law, in response to the Robb Elementary School shooting in Uvalde, now requires school districts have an armed security officer on every campus. And a private security company in Dallas is being flooded with requests to help school districts meet those requirements. "Yes.
