Abilene Northern will make history, when it takes on San Antonio Northside Suburban at 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Texas West State Little League Tournament at the Wylie Little League complex at Kirby Lake Park. It's believed to be the first state Little League appearance for any Abilene Northern Little League team. 'It's pretty cool, pretty awesome,' said Tony Siller, the Northern team's manager. 'We've been working a lot, and it's just finally paying off. We've got a good group of kids, and they're playing lights out.
